During international experiences in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Doha, and Morocco, our team observed a critical challenge: most Nigerian empowerment and skill development programs focus on theory or practice without mentorship, leaving participants unprepared for sustainable ventures. Many miss opportunities, even in global contexts, because their skills are fragmented and unlinked to industry standards.
