Register on the 9jaLearn Platform
The journey begins by registering on the 9jaLearn digital learning platform.
During registration, applicants will:
- Create their learner profile
- Select their innovation skill track
- Submit their innovation interest or idea
- Join the innovation learning community
This step helps us understand the background, interests, and goals of each participant.

Orientation & Innovation Mindset
Participants are introduced to the Innovation to Impact framework.
This stage helps learners understand:
- How innovation ecosystems work
- How to identify real problems
- How ideas can become scalable solutions
- How the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) model works
The TRL framework was originally developed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to guide technology development.

Participants begin learning innovative technical and entrepreneurial skills.
This stage helps learners understand:
- Hydroponic Farming
- Greenhouse Design and Management
- AI Content Creation
- Fabrication and 3D Design & Modeling
- Smart Irrigation Systems
- Maggot Farming for Feed Production
- Biogas Production
- AI Application Design
Learning is delivered through the 9jaLearn blended model: 60% Mentorship, 30% Practical Training, 10% Theory Learning

Participants start working on real innovation projects.
They will:
- Develop solution ideas
- Build prototypes
- Test innovation concepts
- Work with mentors for improvement
This stage helps innovators move through TRL stages from concept to prototype.

Innovation Demonstration
Participants demonstrate their innovations through various channels.

- Innovation showcases
- Startup concept presentations
- Community impact projects
At this stage, innovators gain confidence, validation, and real feedback.

Startup Development & Global Opportunities
Participants who develop strong innovations can move forward to greater opportunities.

- Launch startups
- Join innovation incubators
- Connect with investors
- Participate in innovation competitions
This includes opportunities such as the NextGen Innovation Challenge 2026, supported by the National Board for Technology Incubation.
